Communicating with you
- Contact you regularly with feedback from other real estate agents and buyers;
- Provide electronic monitoring of your lockbox's access;
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to you;
- Prepare an updated Competitive Marketing Analysis (CMA) after 30 days; and
- Discuss all marketing activities with you.
Coordinating the Sale
- Pre-qualify potential buyers;
- Present and discuss all offers with you;
- Negotiate your transaction with the other agent; and
- Prepare and finalize the closing.
